I placed an order under the promise of next-day delivery. They shipped with a low-tier courier instead of the express service I paid for. Tracking falsely claims the item is “out for delivery” for over 24 hours. When I attempted to call, they ignored my calls and routed me to voicemail. Upon testing, I discovered they are blocking all calls from customers with overdue orders, and rejecting blocked caller ID entirely. This is an active attempt to evade responsibility. Their chat support gives automated, canned responses and never follows up. Their emails promise 24-hour responses with no follow-through. This appears to be part of a consistent pattern of fraudulent behavior. I have screenshots, logs, and phone records to back up every claim.
