Total Joke. Don't waste your time shopping here.
A complete and total joke of a business. Ordered an item and waited 3 weeks hearing nothing. Reached out to be told that my item was out of stock and offered a replacement. Replacement was shipped and sat in a warehouse for two weeks (tracking info showed it was labeled and never moved) reached out again for it to arrive 3 weeks later. Upon arrival this was not satisfactory. I have now been going back and forth for two weeks asking to return the item and receive a refund. Everyday I receive an email offering me 10% more off my next order and not a process for my refund. Today I finally receive an email telling me that it is a 120 day queue to receive a refund due to high volume of returns. If everyone has had the same experience as me it's no wonder you have that many items being returned. Do not shop here. A waste of your money and a waste of your time. Merchandise is terrible and the customer service is WORSE. Almost non existent. This place is a joke. UPDATE: they replied to this review and made a comment about "prompt refund" just to reply in our email thread that's been ongoing for 2 months to tell me it was mandatory to wait 120 days for a refund Do not spend your money here. This place is trash.
