Customer Service was slow but eventually very helpful.
There were several problems with the humpback whale model but the worst was the flimsy electrical connection. Customer Service did not assist in any way. It doesn’t seem that spare parts are available. Update: the Customer Service team came through and did their best to help me out, providing the replacement part I needed. They were slow to respond, but they did respond and even provided tracking information when they shipped the replacement.
