Excellent after sales customer service!
Excellent after sales customer service. I had the pleasure of talking to Estella and she was able to help me resolve some technical issues I was facing when using my Carlinkit. She was also kind enough to provide other firmware versions that I can use to load onto my carlinkit device for testing. At one point, my carlinkit 4.0 device was experiencing connection failure rates of 80% each time trying to connect and it turns out the firmware that I updated to was not suitable for my car so I rolled back to an older version with her help and resolved another issue to almost completely get rid of the failed to connect issues!
