Sand Sea Stair Chandelier --> 5 STARS
I bought a chandelier: Sand Sea Stair Chandelier. Arrived as in pictures and described --> I was over the moon! Some of the glass pieces arrived broken (due to packaging) --> Melody was at my service and took full care. Promptly I received replacement pieces, free of charge to make my item now complete. Could not have asked for a better product, nor service. This was simply PERFECT!
