Everything keeps breaking
Finalize button breaks, generating links break, cyclical loadings. Pandadoc used to be great, now it's just a bugged out platform.

Not as good as I thought.
Been using for 3-months now (over $10k spend) Set up was quick, service was great but the booked calls didn't come in or were terrible. What I didn't like most about the company was how they defined a ready to meet lead. Even if a lead wasn't interested they kept pushing to us that it was and charged us for it. We ended up downgrading their services immediately because we were charged continuously for not ready and unqualified leads.
