Outstanding Customer Service
After realizing that I didn’t apply an available coupon code to my standing desk order, I emailed the customer service team about it. While I would have understood if they cancelled my original order so I could reorder with the coupon code (it hadn’t shipped yet), the customer service representative emailed back almost immediately saying that they would simply refund the coupon amount. It was as surprising as it was welcome, and makes me happy that I ordered a Flexispot standing desk!
