Lost VIP Points
I made an order in July at that time I hade 535 VIP points so I wanted to put 500 towards my order so I could get $30.00 off my order. I used them now they are gone and I didn't get the $30.00 off my order. So I have lost 500 VIP which I earned from purchasing products and have lost them. Not very happy with that.
