Do not trust their “2 year warranty” that they promote. I purchased a bracelet from Magal Jewelry and followed all of the care instructions carefully. Despite that, it completely fell apart in less than a month. For a company that advertises a two-year warranty, I expected much better quality and support. When I reached out, they told me I’d have to pay $35 to have it restrung even though it was clearly a quality issue, not wear and tear. On top of that, customer service was incredibly slow to respond and ultimately offered no real help. They also couldn’t clearly explain their so-called warranty policy, which feels misleading at best. Overall, I’m really disappointed in both the product and the experience. I won’t be purchasing from them again. With numerous companies making the same product, I would search for a company with better quality jewelry and one that holds up to their warranty standards that they promote.
