The hair that I received was 3 smal! Poor customer service!
The hair that I received was 3 small packs of crochet hair. It's not thick at all of 3 packs. I asked them is there a mistake with the size of the hair. They lied asked me to keep the hair and said it would look fuller once installed. I purchased the insurance with it. When it was installed the 3 packs didn't cover my head. They basically said I could buy more hair, claiming that I would receive a special discount. I have emailed with them over 30 times. This company has the worst customer service! Two months of emails, they don't respond for days!I'm not sure if the hair is even human!
