Very thorough process
Even though I follow Zeko on social media, I was surprised by all the pictures I had to take, and the level of details I had to capture. But it also shows how thorough and how knowledgeable she is. I also felt it helped in my Chanel education! ;) The support team was great and very responsive. All in all I totally recommend this service, and Zeko went above my expectations giving me extra explanations on my bag.
