Disability Seats
Sam, my customer service representative was so helpful and kind. He responded by email to a request I made for ADA seats. My gallbladder cancer returned, and it’s in my femur bone. I’m having a hard time walking, so I need to use a wheelchair. Sam exchanged our tickets for ADA seats. So, now I can still go to the show and stay in my wheelchair. He was so courteous and even gave me two different options for my new seats. I’m very impressed with Sam’s customer service.
