VERY DISAPPOINTED
I purchased a photo number for my daughter’s 21st it stated the delivery date was before the party so I bought it. I didn’t get any other photos ready because I thought that would be enough. Just incase I paid more money for extra fast shipping . I was very disappointed & upset when it didn’t arrive for her party & 3 weeks after the event I was still waiting. The items was of poor quality & a lot smaller than expected. I asked for a refund & after many , many emails back & forth they still wouldn’t give me a refund. I WOULDNT recommendp this company for anything. VERY POOR delivery, quality, communication,& understanding . STAY CLEAR. To you response I have contacted you many times & the only resolution you offered was a refund for the express delivery I paid which you didn’t send it express post just normal delivery.
