Not intuitive, but I still managed to view my files and it works great!
Once I figured out how to load the app and use the app to open the file, it worked flawlessly… hint. Print the instructions before you try to use the app. :) They are enough to get things figured out if you have a modest amount of computer experience…I’m not a regular apple user, so I might have struggled more than others will. Even so, it’s working fine now and I use it to connect to several different portable hard drives and SSD’s.
