Wrong size envelopes - they will not replace!
I had greeting cards printed. 15 cards, packs of 10 each. I was given a choice of complementary envelopes. There was NO size given for the envelopes but the image paired with my cards and looked like they would fit my cards. I chose the V shaped envelopes for 2 of the cards and the straight line shaped envelopes (on the back) for the rest (13 cards) of the cards. The V shaped envelopes fit the cards perfectly. The other envelopes are at least 2 inches too big. Vistaprint website recommended and automatically paired those oversized envelopes with my card size without telling me that they were oversized and there was NO size given. I contacted Vistaprint and they will not replace the oversized envelopes since they were complimentary. There was NO size given, just pick out your free envelopes at check out kind of thing. The issue isn't that the envelopes were free—it's that the recommended product wasn't appropriate for the cards I purchased. I asked for those envelopes to be replaced with the V shaped envelopes that DO fit my cards. I have already talked with a person on chat and they will not replace them. They offered a $10 credit for future orders. I'm VERY upset about this. There is nowhere near me to buy them and I needed them today. I'm angry and I cannot in my best conscience use Visatprint again in the future. I feel screwed over.
