THEY HOLD YOUR FURNITURE HOSTAGE!! This company made it very easy to pick up our furniture for storage, but once it was in their hands, everything changed. When we tried to schedule delivery to our new apartment, they kept saying they were fully booked. It has been two months, and we still haven’t been able to get our belongings back. There’s no real way to reach them, no working phone number, no email replies, and nobody calls back when you leave a voicemail. We’re left waiting, with no updates, and just hoping our furniture isn’t damaged when (or if) we finally get it back. Totally unacceptable experience.
