Order placed for 3 items in early June
Order placed for 3 items in early June, items were in stock on website but waited for over two months, only 1 item had been shipped. 2 other items were out of stock with no delivery date available. I asked for a refund for the remaining items they said company policy only offer credit!! What’s the use of credit when you don’t have the items I ordered?? There was no shipment update for the delay. I have to email them multiple times to follow up. Do not waste your money and time with this company!
