Chose three month plan. Everything they focus on is the monthly discount you receive if you go to the three month or six month plan rather than monthly shipping. This s where they scam you: they charge you the entire plan price at once rather than monthly. You don’t know this until after checkout. I immediately cancelled the order, but was met with dead silence from customer service. However, they were quick to process and rush the order through the pharmacy, despite my continued responses to cancel the order. TrimRx then turned around and said, “we’re sorry. no cancellation. the pharmacy is already processing the order.” Again, I told them to stop. Cancel the order. Do not ship. The following day they shipped it anyway! This is a crooked company. They had plenty of time to cancel the order and ignored my requests, then offering a lame excuse that it was too late. Considering filing a lawsuit.
