The quickest and the best customer service
The quickest and the best customer service I have ever got the privilege to experience (compared to similar online stores and big company stores like Zara/Uniqlo/H&M/etc. They were quick to respond, they understood well and they resolved the issue all within 1 day versus taking days to weeks (which is not rare, I am dealing with customer service with a big company store and they have yet to resolve the issue and it’s been 2 weeks). Amazing customer service; I will shop at Ask & Embla again and will tell my friends to do so as well
