I used to love my delivery box...
I used to love my delivery box but things have changed. It's suddenly like they just stopped caring about the quality of the food or the delivery experience. I have had damaged food in every order for well over a month. I send pictures and ask for changes yet nothing happens. When I had the same issue previously, they listened and made proper adjustments. It seems like whomever bought the company doesn't have the same customer oriented beliefs that the previous folks did. It's really a shame because I used to tell everyone to try it. Now I wouldn't suggest it to anyone. UPDATE: I don't know if it was this review that helped or not but my most recent delivery was MUCH BETTER. They FINALLY listened to me and packed my order in the proper box size. It arrived cold and safe and easier to manage. I sent the company a big thank you and wanted to come here to spread the word as well.
