Patio heater came and it had broken parts. followed all instructions texted pictures . i have been waiting several days for instructions on how to return heater and receive credit back on purchase. I ordered a new heater and awaiting its arrival for electrician to install . Thats if upon arrival its a good heater, I am 2k into this experience. BBQ guys return process and support is cumbersome . UDATE 8-28-25 this was resolved new heater came in good condition and refund was credited to account for broken heater .
