Just a general review of how Spotify works and how it affects people’s usage of it.
Everytime you stop me from playing the tracks I want only I shut the app down and go and listen to music on other app. The reason I still keep using your app and not get rid of it, is because I like the layout and functionality, but as soon as I can’t listen to the songs I want to listen to, you lose me a a customer (to watch your adverts that you get income from) for the rest of that day until the metrics reset. You really need to change your business model if you want to increase your revenue, focusing on keeping non-paying customers on your app for longer and you’ll increase your advertising revenue.
