My bracelet wasn't what I had expected…
My bracelet wasn't what I had expected so I contacted the company. I explained that the bracelet wasn't what I expected to get, having already purchased 4 other bracelets for members of my family. The company assured me that they would produce the type of bracelet I asked for as soon as possible. They also gave me 20% off my next order for the upset I had not getting the product I expected. They were very understanding and very much want to make me happy with my purchase. I would most definitely recommend them to friends and family.
