Worst company to purchase products from. I bought a ring from this company. They promised one thing, did another. I received a ring that was "Junk". Not at all what was promised and much smaller than the photo! When I asked for the ring that was promised, they balked and sent me the following. DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY!! " For a return refund, you must ship the item back to us. We will immediately inspect the ring upon receipt, verify that it is in good condition and undamaged, and ensure it is suitable for resale. We will then issue a refund within 5-7 days. We charge a 10% service fee, so we will only refund 90% of the total cost. Please note this is our return and refund process.] According to our return policy, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
