This company needs to be shut down
I don’t wanna even give this company a one star is a zero star. I have been dealing with this company since March and we have been going back-and-forth since March 2025. I have asked for a refund. They told me every month I can give you 10% I can give you 25%. I can give you 30% until I said no I want my full refund now that I want my full refund. They told me it would be six months before I receive a refund now I have waited six months and I still have not received my refund. They told me now after six months. I will have to wait 120 days and that’s only to put my name on the list for reimbursement not guarantee. I’ve asked to speak to a supervisor. No one will talk to me. They continue to tell me they cannot give me my refund. This is a joke!!! Poor customer service and they do not care. I want this company shut down because they are horrible and they continue to send me emails about buying things I want my refund and I’m gonna continue to write a review until someone answers me with answers.
