Products good so far, Not “expedited” shipping
I ordered 2 items with “expedited shipping”, but it didn’t say how long it would take to ship or deliver. They shipped separately for some reason, and one of them arrived three weeks later. The other one was marked delivered after two weeks, but it wasn’t in the mailroom. Then two days later I got an email saying I needed to contact their delivery team because of a delivery issue. When I emailed them, they were very prompt in responding but told me my shipping information was incomplete and to email them the address again, which is odd because the other package got delivered correctly. The second package hasn’t arrived yet but hoping it will soon.
