stay away from ProForm
stay away from ProForm; the machines are very expensive, and the customer service is not great. I hired a technician to check the treadmill $160 , and they canceled the first appointment, rescheduled, and arrived 30 minutes late with no notification. The technician informed me the display was under warranty and that he would order it for me. After waiting two weeks, I contacted the technician, and they mentioned they didn't know anything and that I had to call iFit. I called iFit, and they want $480 for the display + $28 shipping + taxes + $115 for installation. The technician advised me this is a common problem with the treadmill equipment. They use old Android software. Never again will I buy ProForm equipment or recommend it to anyone.
