My mother was travelling with late night Indigo flight today from jaipur to mumbai and the flight was getting delayed which meant that she would reach at 2 pm to mumbai airport. That would have been very difficult as she is a senior citizen. So two Indigo staff, Mr. Anil Palawat and Miss Sameera khan were so helpful and kind enough to assist her to change her tickets for the next day and managed all her luggage. I am super thankful for the prompt, considerate and swift action by them to ensure my mother's comfort.
