VERY poor / non existent customer service
I ordered two large size / greater number of pieces / puzzles. I was charged correctly, however, they sent one large and one smaller puzzle. They've dodged every attempt the correct the issue. The puzzles are a gift for one family, and it won't do to give one large and one small puzzle. They suggested I open the box and solve the puzzle so I could count the pieces to KNOW whether it's right or not. But this is a gift. The box show 128 pieces, when I ordered the larger size that should have 252 pieces . There is no phone number available, so the only communication have been very slow email responses - basically telling me that I'm wrong, and the puzzle we got it correct even tho the box says otherwise. I strongly recommend NOT buying from Craft Hub!
