Shinjiru actually followed through on fixing my issues after I posted my original feedback. Originally, the latency was a dealbreaker. The server location in Malaysia was causing terrible load times due to routing issue for my customers checkout, while also being frustratingly slow for me managing it from my location. Their initial response about "distance" felt like an excuse rather than a solution. However, their support team reached out personally to address this. They migrated my environment to a European data center, which has significantly improved stability and latency globally. They also reviewed my setup, removed some unnecessary services I was paying for that weren't adding value, waiting for them to update my billing. I'm still paying for the removed addons in my plan.
