Stay away! Terrible all around, regret ever making a purchase (2 years ago...)
My experience with Mighty Jaxx has been downright awful. My initial order was in August of 2023 and it's just now ready, after continually missing estimated shipping dates. They provide zero updates via email and expect you to navigate their wonky site to figure out where your order is. Their non-refundable deposit policy apparently protects them forever in their minds, so don't bother trying to cancel and refund when it's been a year plus. Then, they finally decide it's ready to go and add $100 shipping! I am planning to cancel and hopefully dispute the deposit with my bank. Even if I have to eat it, it's a worthy investment to not have a piece I see everyday and associate with this awful experience. Avoid at all costs, this "group" needs to be shut down.
