Excellent Customer Service
The agent wa very kind and walked me through the process of connecting both of my TVs to the internet at the RV park. As frustrating as it was, he walked me through every step and waited until I was fully connected. He showed patience and kindness and went above and beyond. He was on the phone with me one hour and 5 minutes, this shows huge dedication and excellence. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. Thank you so much for the great experience.
