Horrible customer service.
Horrible customer service.. booked a month ago and received confirmation number. When arrived at hotel they had no record of my reservation so I called traveluro. They took my info and said would call me back within 15 to 30 minutes. After waiting 40 minutes in hotel lobby I called again and was told the booking failed (no explanation what that meant nor did I receive an email to let me know It failed) . They told me there was nothing they could do and that I just needed to book a new hotel (which wound up costing me hundreds more). I will never book though this company again and would not recommend them to others.
