HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
My experience with Q.V.R Hair has been extremely disappointing. First, my order was not shipped out on time, and when I finally received the package, the product was the wrong color. I contacted customer service right away, expecting them to make things right, but instead I was met with unprofessional and unhelpful responses. They showed little concern for correcting their mistake, and the process of trying to get assistance was frustrating and a complete waste of time. I paid good money expecting quality hair and decent service, but what I received was the opposite. Between the late shipping, wrong color, and terrible customer service, I would never recommend Q.V.R Hair to anyone. Save yourself the stress and spend your money with a company that actually values its Customers. I will never purchase from here again I wish I could attach our emails
