Please don’t be fooled by the pretty imagery. I have bought several bits of jewellery from this company and would never use them again. They do come beautifully packaged and do look stunning on.. initially. Unfortunately I have found products are poorly made and the gems are of a very low quality. They break and tarnish quickly. Just one example would be my engagement ring, containing an opal. I had this under a year when the gem discoloured and developed a bubble within it. I would like to point out this was from no more than just washing my hands with the ring on. I never wore it to bed, swimming, cleaning etc. After a lot of back and forth with customer services they told me I could dry it out using a lamp, which didn’t work, they then agreed to replace it (at a very high return postage cost) again the opal quickly discoloured despite being extra careful. Not wanting to go through the process of contacting them again to get another poor quality replacement, I took it to my local jewellers. They told me the opal was of a very low grade which they personally would never use, particularly on a ring and especially on an engagement ring which you wear everyday. They also commented on the thin band which had already started to thin further and distort slightly. They replaced the gem with a stunning opal of which I haven’t had any issue with at all. They told me to wear with caution as they suspected my ring could snap with continued wear.. of course less than 6 months later the gems setting has snapped and the band is so thin I can see that snapping soon. I have also had issues with other pieces of jewellery which I wore from them just now and again. Obviously with me wearing them infrequently I have noticed the issues a lot slower but again similar issues poor quality gems, tarnish quickly.
