Great customer service.
I just placed an order with songmont couple days ago. My first time purchasing a purse online. I wasn’t aware of the custom fee’s to the United States. I live in Hawaii, but Helena emailed me notifying me about the custom fee’s & if I still wanted to go ahead and continue with my order, which I ordered 2 purses. Honestly I wanted to cancel my order because I wasn’t too sure how much the custom fees would add up to esp living in Hawaii & what if it was more than the actual bag?! but Helena Gave excellent customer service. She had told me if I was canceling due to the fee’s she would accommodate me and refund 30% of the custom fee’s. Like wow. I was honestly so shocked. But grateful. I can’t wait to see my bags! As one’s a bridesmaids gift. I hope it’s nice and good quality but I am far happy and pleased with the great customer service. Kotos to them. Thank you!
