Review Title: WARNING: Minyang Heavy Industry Ships Broken Machinery & Blames the Customer Review Body: I am writing this to warn the international buying community to avoid doing business with Minyang (Shandong) Heavy Industry Machinery Company Ltd. on Alibaba. I purchased a commercial mower from them, and it arrived with a completely defective factory damper shock. The machine was broken right out of the box and has never cut a single blade of grass. The factory-installed hour meter clearly shows only 0.3 hours of runtime—proving it was never used and was shipped damaged from their facility. When I opened an Alibaba Trade Assurance dispute, the company maliciously claimed "buyer abuse" to trick Alibaba into denying my claim. Once they successfully won the dispute and kept my money, they emailed me offering to ship a new damper shock, but demanded that I pay more money for the shipping fees. I refused to pay them extra and had to buy two replacement damper shocks out of my own pocket just to make a brand-new machine functional. They operate in bad faith, ship broken heavy equipment, and use loopholes to avoid liability. Avoid this supplier at all costs. 2. Post Body: Hey everyone, just wanted to put out a massive warning about Minyang (Shandong) Heavy Industry Machinery Company Ltd. on Alibaba so no one else gets scammed. I ordered a mower from them that arrived via freight. Right out of the shipping crate, the damper shock was completely defective and broken. The machine literally hasn't cut a single blade of grass yet. The best part? The digital hour meter on the machine only has 0.3 hours on it (just factory testing/moving it on the pallet). I filed a Trade Assurance dispute with Alibaba, and the supplier actually claimed "buyer abuse" to get out of paying. Alibaba bought their lie and denied my appeals. Right after the dispute closed and they knew my appeals were dead, they emailed me offering to send a new damper, but only if I paid more money out of pocket for shipping. I told them no because I already had to buy two replacement shocks myself just to get the machine working. I'm currently fighting it through a Visa chargeback, but please learn from my mistake and do not import anything from Minyang Heavy Industry. They will ship you broken junk and abuse the dispute system to keep your money.
