Good customer service
Purchased this item a few weeks ago. To cut a long story short, after a couple of weeks, I cancelled the payment by bank, thinking I wasn't going to receive the product . The very next day, the product arrived, so had to get in touch with the bank to rectify it. Also Pro brow sent me a very nice email, and were extremely understanding, about the error. They allowed me to keep the product as well as the refund. The product itself, is good, a it fiddley to start with. ( needs a little practice) . I have to repeat, the service from this company was very good, and I'd definitely recommend. Thank you Sophia.
