Terrible Experience – Stay Away!
I had a very disappointing experience with YWigs. They accepted my return request, provided me with a return address in China, and I returned the products at my own expense exactly as instructed.
After I shipped the package, I provided the tracking number, and YWigs even confirmed that they would issue my refund once the package arrived. However, I never received my refund.
Instead, I spent weeks trying to resolve the issue with customer service, DHL, and my bank. The return process turned into a nightmare.
In the end, I lost my products, paid expensive international return shipping, and still didn't receive my money back.
The customer service made many promises but failed to resolve the situation. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had.
I cannot recommend this company. Think twice before ordering, especially if you ever need to return an item. Based on my experience, you risk losing both your money and your product.
