Friendly UI but really buggy.
Been using this for over a month and I've come accross their notification issues a couple of times: customers calling but no po ups to answer, no ringing, and some times theres a pop up but the only option is to decline the call. Sometimes it even logs you out while you're working. ??? imagine trying to do your job properly but their buggy system messes up your performance and csat.
