Didn’t honor warranty
I bought a Moon Magic necklace for my wife and she was so excited when she first got it—it was beautiful and she wore it carefully, never tugged or pulled on it. But after just 10 months, the chain broke. Since they advertise a “Complimentary 2-Year Warranty,” I thought they’d replace it. Instead, they told us it was just “wear and tear” and only offered 20% off a new one. Honestly, that’s super disappointing. A warranty should actually mean something, and this felt like false advertising. She loved the necklace while it lasted, but we won’t be buying from Moon Magic again.
