So once menopause hit I gained some weight and wanted to lose it. V Shred makes all kinds of claims about their program. Very aggressive and false claims. But, I thought with a money back guarantee it would be worth a try. First it is not customized. Despite what they say its a one size fits all. Then when you sign up here comes the marketing. Pushing dozens of supplements. I chose one and got 6 bottles in the mail. While you are waiting for that someone will call you to criticize you for gaining weight and told me menopause had nothing to do with it, but if I spent $100's on more supplements I would stop making excuses and lose weight. When I kept saying no to the hard sell he became even more rude and aggressive. This is not a weight loss company. This is a marketing company. I got the supplements. Within 24 hours of taking them I had such intense abdominal pain my husband hated to take me to the hospital. So I stopped taking them and contacted V Shred to get my money back per their guarantee. After weeks of working on this they say they will refund the 5 bottles only. They also won't respond to emails on their website. I want my money back for all 6 bottles and my money back for the program. This program is a scam and good luck getting your money back. Playing "we can't verify account" games will not work because you can sure find me when filling my email inbox. I am owed $323.71 and I'm not going away. There is no "custom" plan. Charges I did not authorize, and harmful supplements you say you will refund but don't refund all. Update. I did verify and you had every way to find my account. You issued a full refund to my credit card when you figured that I was not going away. Saying you could not locate my account is another lie. So thankfully I'm done with V Shred. Now all I have to do is keep canceling all the subscription websites you sold my information to. Checking the BBB site shows many complaints about aggressive sales techniques, additional charges to CC and selling of information. Hopefully word is out about your fraudulent company.
