Brinks Home Security Review – Beware! Brinks Home Security is nothing but fraud. They lock customers into contracts that are nearly impossible to break, even when you’re paying on time and they fail to provide the services promised. Please do not trust this company with your home security. They subcontract work to third parties who travel from different locations, leaving you waiting and feeling unsafe from the start. The installation was sketchy, and the equipment was faulty. My alarm constantly triggered false alerts, bringing law enforcement to my home and nearly resulting in fines — all because of Brinks’ defective sensors. I spent countless hours calling, emailing, and escalating complaints, but nothing was ever resolved. Despite canceling, they continue to try to sell a supposed “balance owed” for services that were never properly rendered. Brinks does not care about their customers or their safety. Their customer service is unprofessional, unhelpful, and dismissive. If I could give zero stars, I would. This company has caused me nothing but stress, and I will continue warning others so they don’t experience the same.
