A true game-changer for home fitness
The Gym Monster 1 has been one of the best fitness investments I’ve made. It’s a great motivator, easy to use, and tracks all my stats automatically, which keeps me consistent. It completely replaced my gym membership. I get full workouts at home in a sleek unit that takes up less than two square feet. It’s solidly built, the four training modes are better than free weights for building muscle, and the monthly challenges keep things fun. I also love that there are no membership fees. Even if the internet goes down, I can train in Free Lift mode, and with premade programs plus the ability to create custom workouts, I always have options. I highly recommend it for anyone serious about home fitness.
