Solid Home Gym Alternative
I've been using the Speediance Gym Monster for about a 1.5 years, and couldn’t be happier with it. At first, I was a little skeptical since it was a newer company, but I knew I didn’t want to deal with going to a gym. By the time you pack a bag, drive there, wait for machines, and deal with the sweat factor... yeah, I never actually went. I work with a remote personal trainer, and we agreed this would be a great alternative and it really has been. I can create a custom workout program with the exercises my trainer gives me, and the machine takes care of the rest. I don't have to count reps, keeping track of the time in rest periods, etc. What I really love: it doesn’t need to be bolted to a wall, it’s movable, and they keep adding new features and workouts. I recently tried out Wellness+ and I haven’t been that sore in a long time (in the best way). The Facebook group is also a nice bonus and the community is super helpful and motivating. On the flip side, some of the basic accessories feel kind of cheap, especially the regular handles and ski handles. But the upgraded Bluetooth power grip handles are a total game changer. Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase and feel this was an excellent investment. I’d 100% buy it again.
