Purchased an advent calendar
Purchased an advent calendar, which arrived squashed due to being placed in transit in a plastic bag I provided photos explaining that this was too damaged to give as a gift. I and asked for returns process. I was told that the items in the calendar would be ok so no refund or return was offered. I appealed a 3rd time via email. I then advised PayPal. On producing the photographic evidence, PayPal refunded the money in full.
