Get Christman Present
I purchased the mask as a Christmas gift for myself. It came in January 2025. I try to use it almost every night for at least 10 minutes. I have noticed the improvement in my skin's appearance and have been asked by multiple friends and family if I started getting Botox or fillers because of how radiant my skin looks. Recently I've noticed that the mask has started to short out while wearing. I contacted customer service since my mask was still under warranty so that it could be repaired or a new one could be sent. They exceeded their window of 24 to 48 hours to respond and let me know that I can send it back for a new mask.
