Do Not Buy From HermosaHair
Honestly if i could give them anything lower I would because they definitely dont deserve a 1. They do not honor their return policy. I emailed them because i spent over 300 dollars on 2 wigs and 1 came damaged and the other is too small so I cant use either one. Mandy responded and accused me of ripping it and when I replied back and let her know it came like that she asked me to take down all the reviews I put up in order to get an exchange. After that she has not replied she just went ghost and I still have not received an exchange or refund. They robbed me for $300 + dollars. I will be posting pictures of all my interactions with Mandy. Long story short DO NOT BUY FROM HERMOSAHAIR, I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM HERMOSAHAIR!!!
Ripped and damaged wig
Ripped and damaged wig. Tried to exchange but they dont seem interested in making things right. After spending $300 plus for the 4th time with them, it looks like im out of luck. Bad business, I wont ever do business with them again. Also, I tried leaving a review on their personal site and they are either taking it down or they dont allow negative reviews to be posted.
