Do not do business with QVRHair
The package arrived a week late with halved bundles. The product was advertised and sold as 100% hair. The product is synthetic instead. They found my order, my order number, and my name as stated in my review. Their response to my review that they could not locate my order is FALSE, as they confirmed my order # in their 1st email back to me before the back and forth communications commenced. I requested a refund. They stalled, kept delaying (playing games), and refused the refund. Horrible product. Horrible service. Anyone with a demanding schedule won’t have time to track down issues with this company. Zero stars. Do not purchase. Save your money and your time. The "plug & play" response to my review from them is inaccurate. Absolute scam. SOME OF THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE NOT REAL - BOTS - SCAM. Their game is to mix fulfilling just enough orders with real hair and other orders with synthetic, low-quality hair. THIS IS A SCAM.
