Buyer Warning this company is shocking as for customer service you might as well just serve yourself there useless.... Item came damaged and faulty so as a normal person you contact them via there support system. explained the nature of the issue all relevant information they will claim they have passed it over to the relevant team. Even saying have you received there emails (I doubt they sent any to begin with to get you over the set days) Web Chat human They instructed me to take apart the part effected which i'm not doing as if You the User do so they could turn the table onto you and say you have caused the issue I would advise if your in the same boat as me contact your card company immediately log the issue with them also
